Two days before Ashley and Jason's wedding I received a text from Ashley: 

"We have made a small change.  We are going to have the ceremony inside the barn. :-( Because of the heat." 

Let me tell you, it's not too often that you have to move a wedding indoors in Central Wisconsin due to heat! Luckily Eron's Event Barn was ready to accommodate the change in plans quickly and efficiently (Way to go, John + Melissa)!  The guests got to watch Jason and Ashley tie the knot in a beautiful, air-conditioned, barn instead of the blazing 93 degrees that their wedding day held!

All of these changes didn't interfere with us photographing the couple and their loved ones outside.  We found the right amount of shade and there was a welcomed little breeze coming through that made it possible to get all the beautiful portraits a couple could want!  Bonus: After the ceremony, it cooled down significantly due to a small storm coming in later that evening where we got to enjoy some time where we weren't all sweating!  We enjoyed wandering the beautiful fields that the wedding site offered as the clouds rolled in while getting some more portraits for the newlyweds.  

Despite the heat, no one complained and the excitement still filled the hot air!  Lee and I love it when our couples and their friends and families roll with the punches and don't let little things derail the beauty that a wedding day can hold!
